The NIBE MT-WH21 ventilation air/water heat pump boiler provides hot water in a sustainable way by utilizing recovered heat from ventilation air or outdoor air—without the need for natural gas! It is available in two versions with a capacity of 190 or 260 liters. The heat pump operates very efficiently. When using ventilation air, the NIBE MT-WH21 replaces the mechanical ventilation unit (MV box) in your home and achieves a COP of over 4.0.

If the (new) home is already equipped with an energy-efficient heat recovery unit (HRV), the heat pump boiler can instead operate with outdoor air. Even at an outside temperature of 7°C, the COP still exceeds 3.5.

Additional features of the MT-WH21 include optional wireless remote control, a built-in coil for connecting thermal solar panels (including integrated solar water heater control), and an ultra-quiet operation—making it one of the quietest heat pump boilers on the market!
