Buffer tank/pre-tank for protecting Flexcon expansion vessels in systems with elevated temperatures or to reduce the on/off cycle of the heat pump.

This tank is installed between the expansion vessel and the system return line. System water flows from the installation into the top of the tank. From the bottom of the tank, significantly cooler water is directed into the expansion vessel.
