The Inventum Modul-AIR is a ventilation heat pump and is suitable for single-family homes, terraced houses and apartments with mechanical ventilation. In these homes, polluted and moist air is extracted via exhaust valves in the kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The Modul-AIR recovers the heat from the polluted, extracted air. The energy from the extracted warm air is used to heat the central heating water to a maximum of 60°C. This is then used to heat the home or for hot tap water.

Modul-AIR Combi
You can use the Modul-AIR Combi in an existing home for both space heating and hot tap water. The additional three-way valve in this variant allows you to choose between heating tap water in a MAXTANK Modul-AIR or heating central heating water. The Modul-AIR Combi uses the central heating boiler to absorb peaks in heat demand.

If the tap water from the MAXTANK Modul-AIR is not warm enough, the central heating boiler can also reheat it. This means that the tap water is not limited by the contents of the barrel. For tap water preparation, the Modul-AIR Combi is connected to the MAXTANK Modul-AIR boiler.
